Let’s be real — asking for help feels hard. We’ve been taught that being the “strong one” means doing it all alone. That needing support somehow makes us weak, messy, or not put-together enough. Whether it’s from family, culture, or social media… the pressure to look like you’ve got it all figured out is exhausting. But here’s the truth: asking for help is a power move. It means you’re self-aware enough to know when something's off — and brave enough to do something about it. Healing doesn’t make you broken. It makes you real. It makes you whole. As your therapist, I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to help you find yourself again. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been heavy, rewire some patterns, and create space for you to breathe, grow, and show up as her — the version of you that’s confident, grounded, emotionally free, and fully in her power. Struggling with anxiety or overthinking? Tired of toxic relationships or feeling like you’re never enough? Burning out trying to keep it all together? It’s time to choose you. Not the perfect version. Not the polished mask. The real you — in progress, healing, and glowing. Let’s do the inner work, set the boundaries, and walk in purpose. Because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience in outpatient mental health, crisis response, and program management. I specialize in providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling, integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches. I have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting comprehensive assessments, and coordinating care across community and clinical settings. Recognized for improving client outcomes and building strong partnerships, I am committed to expanding access to quality mental health services and supporting diverse populations with compassion and expertise. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask questions to learn about your concerns, history, and goals for therapy, and I’ll also give you space to share what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll begin to create a plan that feels manageable and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead. One of my greatest strengths is my integrative approach—I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness while tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of my clients. I’m skilled at creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood, while also helping them develop practical tools they can use in daily life. Clients often share that my balance of compassion, encouragement, and direct guidance helps them make meaningful progress and lasting change.
Interesting fact: Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they want support, clarity, or a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Therapy can be a space to slow down, take a breath, and talk things through without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy — but above all, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly yourself.
Does it feel like intense emotions come out of nowhere and run you over? Are you drowning in anxiety? Do you speak or act without thinking and then ask yourself, “Why did I do that?!” Do you avoid doing things because they probably won’t work out for you? Maybe you beat yourself up, or you feel like no one understands you, or you can’t seem to find the type of relationships you want – maybe all of the above. You wonder whether things are ever going to change. You’re overwhelmed, you're struggling to manage it all, and you're stuck. I specialize in getting people un-stuck. I hear where you’re coming from and validate you without losing sight of why you came to therapy in the first place – you want things to be different. I can teach you to control your emotions and gain a sense of stability, and guide you on the path to less anxiety, higher self-confidence, and better relationships. I approach my clients with unmistakable authenticity. When you meet with me, you're meeting with the real me. I give my clients the tools they need to solve their own problems along with the knowledge of when, where, and how to use each tool. If you’re ready to build the life you want, let’s talk!

Managing school coursework, social commitments, family obligations, and future life planning can be a lot. College years can be really wonderful but can also become quite overwhelming at times. If you're finding it difficult to manage it all, let's talk. You've set out to better your life by earning a degree and you don't have to struggle through the experience. I work with clients attempting to manage increased feelings of anxiety and depression. Hi, I'm glad you are reaching out for help and to begin the process of self-discovery. Due to COVID, I'm currently providing only telehealth sessions. We can all encounter barriers — often these are out of our awareness — that prevent us from thriving in our careers and in relationships. I believe the therapeutic relationship offers a unique opportunity in the here-and-now to increase our self-awareness and understand the influence of the past on our present behavior. I work collaboratively, empathically and creatively to help you get “unstuck” and to foster meaningful, lasting change in your inner world and in your relationships with others. Over the years, I have worked with people who are experiencing challenges related to college, work, intimate relationships, identity (cultural, racial, sexual, gender, class – and intersections of these), trauma, grief, adjustments or transitions, anxiety and depression. I have worked for many years with graduate and undergraduate students.
