Hello and welcome! I'm Morgan Konie, a compassionate and approachable therapist who believes in the transformative power of creativity and empathy in therapy. With a LSW I've dedicated my career to supporting adolescents and young adults through their unique journeys. Having gained experience in diverse settings, I am committed to providing effective support and guidance. I understand the complexities young people face today and strive to empower them to navigate life's transitions with resilience and self-awareness. I have a passion for the creative arts, which I integrate into therapeutic techniques to foster healing. My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe and inclusive space where ALL individuals can explore their challenges and discover their strengths. I specialize in working with Depression, Anxiety, ODD, ADHD, PTSD, and body image concerns. Each person's experience is unique, and I tailor interventions to meet your specific needs. I aim to help you harness your innate abilities and achieve personal growth. Taking the first step towards therapy is a brave decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
At Helix Health Group we believe creating an environment of health and wellness begins with an open empathetic therapeutic relationship. A place where people feel safe to explore their family/relationship dynamics, unresolved traumas, and coping mechanisms. Through this exploration we will discover in what ways these impact your life. All the while, working together to identify your individual strengths and how we can adapt these to empower growth. We will establish an individual treatment plan that may include medications, complementary and alternative wellness interventions, and/or psychotherapy. Our focus is building strong therapeutic alliances, facilitating personal & professional growth, and treating all mental health conditions including addictions with modern medical interventions and psychotherapy. We are passionate about mental health and helping others appreciate their individual strengths.
Welcome! My name is Kasey Wiggam and I'm an LCSW operating in-person on Indy's North-Side & virtually to all of IN and FL. My goal is to assist teens, young adults, women, and the LGBTQ+ community in pursuing self-healing. I want to support you in building healthier relationships, finding school-life balance, and working through whatever struggles brought you to this point! We will work together to get you to a place where you are able to recognize and cope with the burdens of anxiety, life transitions, depression, burnout, relationships, self-harm/suicidal ideation and the long term effects of trauma and sexual assault. Every client is unique and deserves a tailored approach to reflect that! I combine various therapy modalities such as brainspotting, trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment styles to suit your needs and journey. I live for seeing others work through what's been holding them back. I enjoy helping people bring change to what they're most ashamed of or scared to work through. I have a knack for genuinely connecting with those that I work with, so it feels like you are talking to a real person, who not only "gets" you – but who truly sees you. Reach out today!

I treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism. I draw upon a unique breadth of life experience in helping students to chart their own paths forward. I hold an MSW program from The Ohio State University, MPA from Harvard University, and BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
I work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trying to make sense of a lot of emotions at once. You might be navigating big transitions, relationship stress, academic pressure, or feeling unsure about who you are or what comes next. Sometimes everything looks “fine” on the outside, but internally it feels heavy or hard to manage. The students I work with are often thoughtful and self-aware, but may feel stuck, overthinking, or emotionally drained. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, understand what they’re feeling, and learn how to manage stress in a way that actually works for them. If you’re open to exploring your experiences, building emotional awareness, and finding more balance and clarity, we would likely be a good fit.
It is our mission to support one's journey toward healing and understanding by strengthening the relationship with self and others. We offer therapy for individuals of all ages, families, and couples. Our therapists specialize in working with individuals and families who have been impacted by adoption, foster care, attachment, and trauma. Other challenges that our therapists can help address include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, life transitions, and other mental/emotional challenges. We aim to meet you where you are, both emotionally and physically. To do so, we offer several options for sessions, including meeting in the office, community, or even sometimes your own home. We offer Walk and Talk, which combines your journal to healing with the benefits of exercise and being outdoors.

I work best with students seeking to understand the deeper sources of their issues. Many students experience anxiety and depression especially when first entering college. This can be very difficult and disruptive personally, socially and academically. Often there are feelings of deep sadness, uncertainty, fear, loneliness, shame and anger. There is a way through this difficult time and I would be very interested to work it through with you.

I know how overwhelming it feels when you’re doing your best but still feel stuck or exhausted.
