Hi! I'm Samantha, I have been a social worker for over 3 years, providing services to youth and young adults. I am licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts, providing telehealth in both states. I have my MSW from Boston College where I specialized in children, youth, and families as well as mental health. I work mostly with adolescents, and young adults navigating general stress, anxiety, and school related issues. I also specialize in special education services. I utilize a strength based approach, pulling from CBT, DBT and play therapy.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in psychopharmacology and treat adult clients with a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, panic, bipolar disorder and ADHD. I provide thorough diagnostic evaluations, assessments and ongoing treatment via medication management for my clients. I have 10 years of experience working in the mental health field in varying roles including working as a mental health counselor, registered nurse and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between a client and provider is of the utmost importance. It is my goal to work alongside you and in conjunction with other health care providers to provide the best possible care. Please contact me for a phone consultation and together we can decide if my practice is the right fit for you.
Evidence-based personalized therapy to help you become your best self. I like to work with you and to meet you where you're at- together we will form a treatment plan and check in throughout treatment to see how we're doing. I like to provide a mixture of skill-based interventions to help you navigate difficulties in the moment and after we're done with our work together. I also provide space for you to vent and process what is happening on a day to day basis.
At Behavioral Solutions, we aim to make mental health care simple, accessible, and consistent for college students. Our practice is fully virtual, allowing you to meet with a licensed therapist through secure telehealth sessions wherever you are — at school, at home, or anywhere in between. Because our clinicians are licensed in Massachusetts, Maine, Georgia, Florida and Michigan, students in those states can continue working with the same therapist while home on breaks or moving between school and home. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, we’re here to provide steady, supportive care.

Welcome! My name is Leah, and I am an experienced, down-to-earth licensed clinical therapist. I believe that all thoughts, emotions, and behaviors deserve curiosity and compassion - even the ones that may be causing us to struggle or are holding us back. I invite you to bring both challenges and successes to sessions. I provide trauma informed and culturally humble care to adults across the age span, and I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) model. My past work experience includes both medical and psychiatric hospital settings, hospice & palliative care, and community based mental health. I have worked with LGBTQIA+ communities for over a decade, and I value providing gender affirming care. Some other areas of specialization include academic stress, executive functioning and neurodivergence, chronic illness, perfectionism, body image, self esteem, family relationships, and trauma. I would be honored to hear your story, and work together towards your goals.
Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **
I am a licensed therapist with 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. Many of the people I work with find themselves stuck in cycles of procrastination and harsh self-criticism, which can make it difficult to feel present or engaged in their daily lives. My approach combines traditional talk therapy with somatic, mind-body techniques that support nervous system regulation and help calm stress stored in the body. Together, we work to create more space for clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is individualized, compassionate, and integrative. My clients are looking to improve their relationships, develop insight into their own behaviors, or be the best students and people they can be. I take a collaborative approach with my clients as we walk together on their journey to create positive change in their lives.
The client I do best with is the good kid in the family that never causes waves or the quiet kid in the classroom that is a great team member but never makes a fuss. I work best with the silent suffering - those who look just fine on paper and are out and about in their personal life. These are those folks who are too nice, always making excuses for bad behaviors in relationships and ultimately ending up feeling invisible and unloved. I do well helping these types realize their value and helping them assert themselves. I typically work with people who may not have a full blown addiction but might be suffering by drinking too much or keeping an eating disorder in secret. They are getting their pain out in unhealthy ways.
I work with motivated adults (ages 21 and up) struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, sleep troubles, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss. I specialize in working with adults who experienced childhood neglect or trauma. Please note that I am currently only seeing clients via telehealth/online sessions and am not currently available to meet in person.
Welcome! I provide telehealth psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where we can work through emotional challenges. My therapeutic style is solution focused, non-judgemental and strength-based. I utilize many techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. Please send me an email to set up an initial consultation.
I have a specialty working with young adults. It is one of my favorite populations to work with. I am now offering telehealth appointments, feel free to be in contact for a consultation.
