Right now you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed out, or just feeling “stuck.” Maybe you struggle with overthinking, difficulty sleeping, worrying about the future, feeling unmotivated, or unsure of your next step forward. My clients are often seeking a therapist for anxiety, stress, life changes, ADHD, (seasonal) depression, college, and relationship problems. The thing is, it really is possible to overcome what you’re going through with help from an experienced therapist. I’m here to really listen to you and be by your side, helping you to cultivate the change that you want in your life. Therapy should feel collaborative, safe, and empowering. I bring in a variety of evidenced-based therapy frameworks personalized to your needs, along with compassion and humor into sessions. We’ll sort through what feels hard, learn healthy ways to cope with emotions, and rewrite unhelpful patterns to develop healthier relationships with others and yourself. Imagine what your life will look like when you’ve gotten what you needed out of therapy. Lets make that happen together. Call or email me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call, and we can see if it’s a good fit. I look forward to talking to you soon!

I specialize in working with clients who are navigating various life transitions and/or are members of the LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, consensual nonmonogamy or kink/bdsm communities.

Hi and welcome—I’m really glad you found your way here! College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming—classes, relationships, family expectations, figuring out who you are, and making decisions about the future. It’s normal to feel stressed, stuck, or unsure at times. I work with students who are navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity, relationships, grief, trauma, and big life transitions. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I want our sessions to feel like a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to support you in making sense of what you’re going through, building tools that actually fit your life. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—it can also be a space to reflect, grow, and discover new parts of yourself. If this feels like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect!
Going to a new therapist can be a bit stressful; what will they be like, will they understand me or really be able to help? I often get college students who have tried therapy before and it just didn't work, they do well with me. I use CBT; cognitive behavioral therapy style, give open and honest feedback (don't sit and nod) and have a sense of humor. Graduated from Northeastern, I have been doing this awhile and have some ways of problem solving and really helping. We celebrate your wins and support what you need to be successful. I am always thankful to be invited into your lives to help. This is your journey.
I am a Harvard-trained and affiliated clinical psychologist with a practice in Concord, Massachusetts. I have practiced in Boston and have worked with many college and graduate students over the years. Offering both in-person and virtual appointments, I work with adults of all ages struggling with relationships or family difficulties, depression and anxiety, adjusting to new environments or life situations, grief, identity, and other issues. My approach has an emphasis on insight-oriented ("talk") therapy, but I use cognitive and emotion regulation approaches as well, tailored to what you need. I also offer single session therapy appointments. Please see my website for more information. Seeking therapy can be stressful and confusing. Please contact me with any questions. *Please note: I offer a reduced fee for college and graduate students*
