I understand that each client is unique and I value developing a client centered, supportive therapeutic relationship. I like to understand my clients' strengths as well as challenges to best overcome obstacles. I work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, work or school related stress, and interpersonal and family challenges. I like to collaborate with clients to create personalized goals. I pull from a variety of theoretical frameworks to meet the needs of my clients. I welcome open communication and feedback about what is working and what could be working better. I believe therapy can be challenging, but also rewarding.
