You often wish you felt better about yourself, didn't get so easily overwhelmed, and could handle conflict but aren’t even sure where to start. You’ve found yourself questioning if you should talk to someone. You’ve come to the right place! College life is full of changes and challenges. Even if they are good, changes can sometimes be more than we have bargained for and create a lot of stress and anxiety. Through their work with me, my clients have experienced feeling less overwhelmed by emotions, found effective ways to handle conflict with others (like roommates and partners), felt more connected/present, and gained more confidence in themselves. My clients describe me as welcoming, witty, direct, knowledgeable, and relatable. My style of therapy is very collaborative and conversational as I share tools that you can use in between our sessions. You can reduce the amount of anxiety you experience. At the very least, I can help you manage it in a different way that is less disruptive to you, your relationships, and achieving what you want to in school.
The secret to being happy resides in the unconscious conversations we have with ourselves. We teach you how to discover the internal conversations and consciously create your happiness.
Hi! Welcome to my practice. My name is Wendy Emory, LICSW. You are welcome to look at my profile on Psychology Today. Many clients come to me as they're feeling stuck and something isn't working for them, or alternatively, they're experiencing anxiety and overwhelm, perhaps related to transitions or trauma. Either way, I work to help people access what already exists within them, and help them feel better. I'm certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is a body based oriented talk therapy used to help people heal from trauma and other relational injuries.
Hi! My name is Alie Wulf and I’m a licensed psychologist who works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and other challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a powerful step toward creating real change—and I'm here to support you in that process. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. In our first few sessions, we'll gently explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, how I can support you, and start setting meaningful goals together. What makes my approach unique is that I don’t just listen—I actively offer tools and strategies from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and ERP, to help you manage symptoms, build insight, and move toward the life you want. At the same time, I follow your lead and prioritize what feels most important to you. I’m deeply passionate about this work. I love hearing people’s stories and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and create lasting change.
Good therapy happens when you feel respected and understood. Transformation comes through honest dialogue with your therapist. My style is collaborative and interactive. I listen, I talk, we interpret and untangle; together we identify goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive change. Guided by the principles of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy - by the belief that our pasts shape our values and feelings, and impact our relationships - I provide individualized talk therapy for life transitions and stressors including Trauma, Loss, and Relationship and Existential Issues across the lifespan. I am a certified NARM therapist (Neuroaffective Relational Model), as well as a certified Body Trust Provider. My approach centers radical healing through an anti oppressive lens, cultivating shame resilience and self compassion. This includes exploring identity and navigating those 'not good enough' or 'too much' experiences that tend to trigger shame. I help people alleviate uncomfortable feelings, gain insight, and increase coping skills to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions (such as relocation, school, career transitions). Part of being human means that you will struggle at some point with unproductive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or unexpectedly have to manage something life throws your way. People I work with are motivated to develop skills to increase their self-confidence, communication, decision making and boundary setting skills. As well as optimize their emotional health/ well-being and are seeking tools to assist them in the process. I take an active and collaborative approach to help create tangible strategies to deal more effectively in the moment with difficult experiences and feelings. In addition to helping people alleviate current pain points, I assist in obtaining skills to develop a wellness practice that will be beneficial beyond sessions. My approach is person-centered and informed by evidence-based practices, including Lifestyle Medicine (nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and stress management), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and in control of their life.
Welcome to my profile, I’m so glad that you are considering therapy! Finding the right therapist and starting sessions can be intimidating, but you are on the right path. Thank you for considering me to be a part of your healing journey. I am a warm, affirming, and non-judgemental therapist and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. My previous clients have reported liking my style of being down-to-earth, using humor in session, open to feedback and not acting like the “expert” on your experience. Therapy is a collaborative process that starts with your goals and expectations. I am here to support you and work together on your goals at a pace that feels helpful for you. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, and perfectionism. Guidance and support can be provided for parents of teenagers in my practice.

I’m a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I earned my undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University and went on to complete my Master of Social Work at Boston University School of Social Work in 2015. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use. I came into this field because I genuinely value the process of helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I don’t take for granted the trust it takes to share your story with someone new. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard—without judgment. My approach to therapy is pragmatic, individualized, and grounded in your unique strengths. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client to understand what’s most important to them and to develop tools and strategies that feel realistic and useful in everyday life. Whether we’re working through patterns of anxiety, processing past trauma, or addressing substance use, I aim to balance insight with practical steps forward.

Hi there and welcome! I am a culturally responsive therapist and I have over eighteen years experience working with college students. Currently, I work primarily with daughters of immigrants, but I see people of all marginalized backgrounds. I pride myself on being easy to talk to, and I believe the relationship between me and the client is super important in the healing process. It's important that my clients feel safe and connected, so please reach out with any questions or concerns about whether we may be a good fit!
Welcome! I offer clinical treatment to people experiencing trauma, mood disorders, & issues of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture). I am South Asian, queer, and genderqueer (they/them). I am also an artist, and happy to incorporate creativity into our work together. No pressure, though! Traumatic experiences have a way of shackling themselves to the body, whether they are accumulated over time or single incidents which compromised our safety. We seek to protect ourselves from a world that has failed to protect us, often coping in ways that hurt in the long run. In our work together we will identify sources of pain, the impact they have on your life, & determine ways to reclaim power so that your body becomes a place of safety rather than a site of trauma. Come as you are. My goal is to be both a gentle witness and an ally, helping you to find & stand in your power, identifying disparities & restoring balance in your life. I believe you are here because you are ready to value & give yourself a chance to shape your future with your own hands. I couldn't be more hopeful for you.

The Narrative Network offers collaborative therapy for people across Massachusetts and brings therapists together for supervision, training, and ongoing relationships with the ideas and practices called narrative therapy. We believe people are more than the problems they are facing. Difficulties take shape in lives, relationships, histories, and social worlds — and therapy can create room to notice the values, knowledges, commitments, and relationships that may have become harder to see when life is difficult.
