Have you been in therapy before or are you new to mental health therapy? My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are at and move together towards the changes you would like to see. I pull from a variety of different styles to address your goals, including skill building, CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care approaches. I hope to foster a space where you feel seen and heard and where you are able to take care of what has brought you to therapy (or back to therapy) in the first place. I offer weekly, bi-weekly, or, in some cases, monthly sessions at 45 or 60 minutes in length via telehealth. All sessions start with a phone call where we 1) make sure I am the right fit for you, 2) verify your insurance or payment method is active and all set, and 3) schedule you an intake and an ongoing appointment time that works for your schedule. I return all calls and email requests for therapy services and hope that I may be of help to you at this point in time or, at the very least, be able to point you in the right direction.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.

I have been a mental health counselor for 20 years. I enjoy the process of helping others help themselves. I trust together we can improve your overall life experience. One of the most important things to be looked at is how you interpret experiences and understanding the influence on your moods. Using a journal is a tool to improve your outcomes in therapy. I look forward to meeting you either online or in-person at my home office.

I work extensively with women who are coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, burnout from masking, academic anxiety, and difficulties with social-emotional regulation. My goal is to support my clients in reconnecting with their authentic identity and building sustainable strategies for success. My job as your therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, goal-oriented environment for you to highlight and cultivate your best self. Or, in the words of Dolly Parton: "Find out who you are, and do it on purpose." I value humor, humility, and building on your existing strengths to help achieve your goals. My work is informed by a strong belief that our wellbeing is impacted by the environments within which we exist, and I work to help improve the communities and systems that we all inhabit. I specialize in helping clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. My approach is casual and client-centered. My theoretical orientation is eclectic, meaning I draw on a broad range of clinical interventions and theories to best suit your specific needs. It's important to find a therapist who feels like a good fit. I invite you to reach out so we can touch base by phone and discuss any questions you might have about the therapy process.
