Etamar (Eat-ah-mar) Prizament
Now accepting clients as of May, 2026! My name is Etamar and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, low mood, trauma, identity questions, addiction, and the pressure of figuring out life while it keeps moving. I help clients better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy can be a place to feel supported, challenged, and guided toward a more confident and grounded version of yourself. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and real. I’m not here to just nod and reflect. I use CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce stress, and create meaningful change. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to what actually works for them. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify what feels overwhelming, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a plan for progress. My practice is practical, honest, and personalized.
Chelsey Adams, LICSW
I work best with clients who may appear to have it together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many are navigating trauma, OCD, mood changes, identity exploration, or relationship stress. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and those looking for an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and heal.
Dajha Scott
It’s common to show up feeling like you’re managing on the outside but overwhelmed internally by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. My goal is to create a steady space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build coping tools that feel realistic and usable beyond session.
Christine McKenzie, LCSW
I work with clients who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look at what's not working in their lives. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical…over time, clients feel more grounded, self-compassionate, and in control of the choices that shape their daily lives.

On the surface it looks like things are going well, but deep down you are overwhelmed and struggling to hold it all together. You may be trying to balance grades, social pressure, and expectations of others, while also figuring out who you are and what you want in your life. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. The racing thoughts, the overthinking, the fear of judgment—it can all feel like too much. Figuring out who you are and what you want in life can be messy. I am here to support you as you navigate life change and who you are in the midst of those changes. My hope is to help you decrease anxiety while building up your confidence and trust in yourself. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I utilize a client centered and trauma informed care approach in my work. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support you and the goals that feel most important to you.

Yes, I am accepting new patients. I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. By remaining an out-of-network provider, I can offer you the time, privacy, and personalized attention needed to help you feel better and achieve a better quality of life. My approach combines holistic wellness with evidence-supported medicine. I offer an initial two-hour comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic assessment and 30-minute follow-up appointments. My goal is to work with you to develop a plan that treats the whole person, rather than just the symptoms. I ensure we have ample time to discuss treatment options and progress. When medications are prescribed, I discuss with you potential side effects and interactions in detail, and provide careful follow-up. I return your urgent calls within 24 hours. To ensure privacy and the highest quality of care, I use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology for video visits and periodic screening tools to track your improvements. College can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and change. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship or family stress, difficult emotions, academic pressure, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. You might also notice old patterns showing up in new ways as you become more independent. I work with college students and young adults to better understand what they're experiencing, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships and communication, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My style is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I'll give you space to be yourself and talk openly, while also offering support, new perspectives, and gentle challenges when they can help you grow. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with what's happening for you right now and work together from there.

College can bring a lot of pressure—academically, socially, and personally. You may be dealing with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed or burned out, struggling with confidence, or trying to figure out what you want for your future. You might also be adjusting to greater independence, navigating relationships, or exploring your identity and sense of belonging. I work with college students and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and life transitions. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I'll give you space to talk openly and feel heard without judgment, while also offering guidance, new perspectives, and practical strategies that can help you manage challenges and move forward. Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. We'll work together to understand what's contributing to how you're feeling and find an approach that fits your needs, goals, and life.

Life can be incredibly challenging, confusing, and overwhelming. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore their internal experience. My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. Therapy is a place to build self-awareness, develop meaningful coping strategies, and ultimately feel more at home in yourself. My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. Therapy is a place to build self-awareness, develop meaningful coping strategies, and ultimately feel more at home in yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, and relationship challenges. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that can help people process difficult experiences and reduce the impact they continue to have in the present. Through curiosity and vulnerability, we cultivate the conditions for self-discovery, healing, and growth. I offer in-person and virtual therapy in Vermont, as well as virtual therapy throughout Massachusetts.

I am an LICSW who thoroughly enjoyed 42 plus years of clinical experience working as a Clinical Services Executive in a psychiatric hospital. My oversight responsibilities for inpatient and outpatient care included providing direct service to patients, supervising clinical staff, and developing therapeutic programming. I specialize in providing DBT, couples therapy, treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma; working with young adults adapting to the multiple challenges of life and with people dealing with family members who are having mental health issues. I am convinced that people are innately capable of change and adaptation, and I seek to support them in developing new insights and perspectives about their circumstances so that they can see new possibilities for themselves and take positive action for self-advancement. I find it extremely gratifying to see clients make progress in their lives. For therapists, I offer license-eligible supervision; support of their own clinical practice; group therapy for therapists seeking support/guidance; and support to frontline workers and care takers. Therapists and health care providers often experience vicarious traumatization, and I can offer them perspective in dealing with this issue. I believe in the importance of healing the healers and that I can offer this valuable support.

Therapy serves as an opportunity to be curious – to explore the patterns and narratives we carry, repeat, and, at times, feel bound by. Through gentle curiosity, we create space for healing and give ourselves the opportunity to blossom into more authentic versions of ourselves. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theories. With compassion and warmth, I listen closely to the unique story of your life, honoring the experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we will untangle these experiences and cultivate hope that life can improve in ways that feel deeply meaningful. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults and older adults with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, trauma, relational difficulties, and identity exploration. Importantly, I strive to remain mindful of the nuanced ways our identities shape our experiences and influence how we move through the world. I have specialized training in geropsychology and am passionate about helping adults navigate the complexities of aging, later-in-life transitions, caregiving, existential concerns, and ageism. My experience also includes working in college counseling centers, memory disorder clinics, community mental health, and with veterans.

My work focuses on increasing one’s awareness of—and investment in—all aspects of their wellness: emotional, mental, behavioral, physical, relational, and spiritual. Rather than working solely through the lens of specific pathologies or treatment modalities, I aim to evaluate how one’s personality, coping skills, learned behaviors, lifestyle choices, avoided experiences, self-concept, and relationships combine to either promote or impede overall wellness. As such, I provide an eclectic blend of therapy that is informed by third-wave cognitive and behavioral modalities, relational work, insight-oriented approaches, and a broad understanding of health and wellness. Philosophically and clinically, I am influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), contemporary Western Buddhism, mindfulness, relational dynamics, Evolutionary Psychology, Existentialism, and Psychodynamics. I have received training from multiple sources in using ACT and ERP for the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders, am a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), and hold a certificate in Mindfulness & Psychotherapy from the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. I specialize in helping people whose anxiety manifests as obsessions, compulsions, rumination, phobias, intrusive thoughts, avoidance, or perfectionism. My approach is also effective for depression, chronic pain or other psychophysiological concerns; addictive or destructive behaviors; self-concept issues; and tough life transitions. In addition, I enjoy supporting those experiencing relational difficulties, romantic or sexual dissatisfaction, or working through men's issues. I work with many undergraduate and graduate students and am familiar with the lifestyle and unique challenges faced by these populations. I am also pleased to offer empathy and lived experience to those exploring the impacts of their Jewish ethnicity or upbringing. After receiving my undergraduate degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, I spent a few years as a high school educator, focusing on wellness education, sex and sexuality education, mindfulness education, harm reduction, and relational wellness. This path led me to a greater interest in mental health counseling and the decision to obtain a Master of Education in Counseling from Boston University, where I completed a clinical internship at The Groton School, an independent residential school in Massachusetts for grades 8-12. During this experience, I received supervision in the use of ACT and ERP to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, phobias, perfectionism, academic stress, adjustment challenges, and depression. After graduate school, I worked at Riverside Community Care’s Life Skills program in Somerville, a day treatment program for adolescents transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization back into their schools and communities. Following that, I became a counselor at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. These positions deepened my clinical experience across a wide range of presentations while strengthening my ability to work with individuals as members of larger relational networks—always focusing on access to resources, connections with peers and programming, and managing the demands of school, work, and life. Since January 2024, I have been working with Soultality and am pleased to offer my services to adolescents, young adults, and emerging adults in the community and across Massachusetts. In my free time, I am usually exercising (running, climbing, biking, jumping, crawling, lifting, etc), at the movie theater, cooking vegetarian feasts, dancing, cleaning and organizing my space, or spending time with friends.

College can be an exciting time of growth, but it also brings unique pressures and challenges. Whether you’re navigating relationships, academic stress, identity questions, family dynamics, or the impact of trauma or loss, therapy can be a place to reflect, process, and move forward. I provide psychotherapy with a focus on resilience—helping you build on your strengths while exploring the experiences and emotions that may be holding you back. I also prescribe medications when appropriate, integrating therapy and medication to support your overall well-being. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in humanistic and relational values. I’ve worked extensively with students and young adults, and I understand how transitional this stage of life can be. Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, cope with emotional challenges, and create meaningful change in your personal, academic, and professional life. My office is conveniently located just a short walk from the Red Line at Central Square, and easily accessible by bus. If you’re curious about starting therapy or wondering whether medication might be helpful, I’d be happy to talk with you about the next steps.
