Clinical Social Work/Therapist
In-Person & Online
Lexington, MA

I am a neurodivergent affirming Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider. For almost two decades, I have been working with and supporting neurodivergent teens, adults, and their parents through life’s transitions. I work with my clients to understand their experience, areas they would like to focus on, and collaborate to address these issues with an approach that’s every bit as unique as they are. I have worked extensively with autistic clients and individuals diagnosed with ADHD, focusing on topics related to anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, life transitions, workplace conflict, relationships, parenting, social skills, and executive functioning. With a judgment-free, strengths-based approach, I seek to foster happiness and confidence, supporting each person as an individual finding their own path. I believe that differently wired minds are what create progress, innovation, and enrich our world.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
In-Person & Online
Wakefield, MA

PMHNP stands for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am a nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of common mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, and mood disorders. I prescribe medication when it is clinically appropriate, as it can be an essential component of a comprehensive treatment plan for many mental health conditions. My approach emphasizes collaboration and informed consent. Any medication decisions are made together, ensuring the patient feels comfortable and supported in his/her/their care. Once prescribed, medications are carefully monitored and adjusted as needed to ensure both safety and effectiveness. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, I take a functional, root-cause approach to understanding each person’s presentation. I am currently completing a functional medicine fellowship to deepen this work, and integrate these principles into my care. This includes using lab testing to uncover underlying imbalances, supporting wellness through nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle, and incorporating nutraceuticals or supplements when appropriate to promote lasting improvement.

Do you constantly worry about what life will hand you next? Or feel like you can't get out of bed and be a successful member of society? Need support dealing with life's challenges or someone to help you set goals and objectives? Life can be challenging and it can be helpful to have someone alongside you instead of facing challenges alone. No two people are the same and therefore therapy should not be either. Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore! For over 10 yrs, I have worked with teens, college students and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression and stress management. I have been told that I am relatable and easy to talk with and always impartial. We will work together to explore skills and coping strategies in a positive and supportive environment to help you feel like your best self. Services are private pay and I also offer a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for Out of Network reimbursement. You owe it to yourself to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I can be the right fit to help support you along your journey. I look forward to hearing from you! Seeking therapy and finding the right therapist can be difficult and daunting. My initial goal when meeting with new clients is to create a comfortable and safe environment. Wherever you are in your pursuit of receiving help is where I accept you and begin our work together. Wherever you are is a good place to start. The practice I opened with close colleagues is called Elysium Counseling LLC. “Elysium” by definition is a place of ideal happiness or a peaceful state of mind. While that may feel unrealistic to obtain by some, we help our clients grow to believe they can achieve just that. I want my clients to know that change is possible, that they have unique skills and abilities, and are worthy and capable of creating a life they want to live. Part of that process invites clients to be challenged in new ways, even if it’s hard. I value and prioritize relationships with my clients, as I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is the main contributor to successful treatment outcomes. Life is complicated. It’s my job to help clients navigate all that comes with it as best they can.
