Alaina Klause
Starting therapy can be an overwhelming process; you took the first step! I am happy you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a person-centered, humanistic approach that fosters an environment in which individuals can feel safe, seen, and heard. I am Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned and gender-affirming clinician. The relationship is the most important aspect of the therapeutic work. My primary experience is working with individuals struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, depression, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. My style is integrative, with each therapeutic experience tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will work towards personal and collaborative goals to build awareness, resiliency, recognize strengths, and promote growth. The foundation of our sessions is authenticity; guided by the definition “to be true to one’s personality, spirit or character”. If interested, or on the fence, we can schedule a consult to see if it is a good fit!

As a mental health practice, we assist members by providing therapy to a wide array of people who are in pursuit of happiness. Our team is comprised of exceptional clinicians with a variety of specialties to ensure we give you the best support possible. From our founder: I wanted to take a moment to share something deeply personal and meaningful to me. At 23, I faced an unimaginable loss when I lost my mother to alcohol addiction. It was a painful journey that led me to struggle with my own mental health for nearly a decade. During that time, I often searched for a purpose and a way to turn my pain into something positive. Today, I’m proud to announce that I’ve opened this mental health practice. We are building a team of incredible clinicians, each of whom shares a commitment to help others navigate difficult times and find hope and healing. Our goal is to create a safe space where people can feel understood, supported, and empowered on their journey to wellness. We’re here to save lives and help individuals reclaim their strength. Dr. Ana Madon
Hi! I’m Dr. Ana, a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with support, compassion, and practical tools. I currently offer virtual therapy sessions throughout PA and am accepting new clients. Life often moves quickly, bringing highs and lows and everything in between. In the midst of the “busy-ness” and challenges, it can often be hard to pause and take care of ourselves. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and deepen our understanding of who we are so that we can live with more meaning and purpose. I truly believe that therapy can be helpful for anyone. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and less alone. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’d be honored to support you on your journey. Feel free to reach out with questions or to schedule a consultation!
