Cognitive Pursuits
At Cognitive Pursuits, I provide therapy for athletes and high-achieving professionals and academics who want to strengthen their mental health and enhance performance. With over a decade of clinical experience, including leadership roles at Thomas Jefferson University, I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, substance use, self-doubt, and burnout. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychotherapy, and existential psychotherapy—among other evidence-based techniques—to create a supportive, practical, and collaborative space where clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals. I offer both traditional therapy and Performance Anxiety Therapy Intensives — focused, short-term programs designed to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and develop effective strategies to perform at their best while maintaining balance and wellbeing. Services are available virtually to residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My name is Meghan Morley - I’m a licensed therapist, former NCAA athlete, and personal trainer. My background in both mental health and performance psychology allows me to understand the unique pressures faced by driven individuals—whether in competition, academics, or demanding careers. Before founding Cognitive Pursuits, I served as Clinical Operations Manager at Thomas Jefferson University’s Center on Community Substance Abuse Programs and currently am an adjunct professor at St. Joseph's University counseling graduate program. My work is grounded in the belief that high performance and wellbeing don’t have to compete. I help clients quiet mental noise, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of confidence and purpose that extends far beyond achievement alone.
LF Wellness
I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. I have a dual degree in Social Work and Music and use my knowledge of art and human behavior to shape my practice. I have a holistic, laid-back, and compassionate approach to building relationships. I use talk therapy in combination with mindfulness, body awareness, and creative expression to understand where you are coming from. I hope to foster a non-judgmental space for you to process and understand your inner thoughts and feelings. I believe in collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based approaches to understanding the needs of each individual. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults who are interested in growing their own knowledge and tools to balance life’s stressors. I work best with individuals who are willing to employ insight to enhance their daily lives and achieve their goals. It’s never too late.

Robin Reese, LPC
Hi! I help clients cultivate awareness, insight, and self-compassion so that they can know themselves in a deeper way and live more authentically. I'm level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), which means I can help you get to know and heal the parts of you who feel stressed, anxious, burnt out, or depressed. We do this in a gentle, trauma-informed way. My practice is also informed by studies in psychodynamic theory, self-compassion, mindfulness, creative arts, and Buddhist psychology. No matter what approach you feel most comfortable exploring, I believe that safety, consent, and the therapeutic relationship are the foundation for healing.

I work with clients who feel stuck—whether that’s in their relationships, thoughts, careers, or life in general. My goal is to help you feel less stuck by providing collaborative, direct support focused on problem-solving and implementing lasting solutions. I believe therapy should help you gain insight into who you are at your core while also building the tools you need to face challenges with confidence. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm inviting space where I’ll be honest and hold you accountable to your goals. I aim to cultivate a healthy sense of challenge that encourages you to work toward meaningful change. My hope is that you’ll feel grounded and supported as we tackle life’s difficulties together.
Joel Stewart, LPC
I do two things really well - listen and empathize. You and your story are unique. My job is to help you set goals and develop a plan to set the path for our work together. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for open sharing and reflection. My role is not to judge or tell you what you should do. My role is to empower and support you to be your best self even if that sometimes means challenging you to promote change. I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or general life stress. The world itself impacts how we move through it particularly for members of neurodivergent and BIPOC communities. I offer a 15 minute phone consult to see if we vibe.
K. Burok Creative Therapy
In these *trying times*, you want a therapist who can do more than just talk. My approach to care is strengths-first and values-driven to promote personal agency and build skills that you can use to be more present and satisfied in your life. Using flexible approaches from acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, art therapy, and more, we can focus on short-term goals like handling stress as an adult learner returning to school, building new community when you're away from home for the first time, or exploring a new identity in a safe and curious space. I have immediate availability on weekdays and evenings for telehealth sessions for clients located in Pennsylvania. For folks needing lower-rate therapy, sliding scale rates are available. College is full of transitions, like moving away from home and support systems, navigating relationships while balancing academic stress, and entering the professional world after graduation. These transitions can be exciting, but also daunting and overwhelming! So whether you are just starting to explore ways to improve your mental wellbeing or have been struggling for many years, you don't have to navigate it alone. My approach to therapy is always rooted in empathy, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about your unique experiences. We will work together using evidence-based practices to strengthen coping skills for the symptoms you most wish to address. Once these symptoms feel more manageable, we can then identify treatment goals that are built around understanding the impact of your past experiences, current obstacles, and hopes for the future (even if you don't know what those are yet!). I have provided individual therapy for seven years, and am especially passionate about helping those with neurodivergence (whether formally diagnosed or not) make sense of historical struggles through a non-judgmental, self-compassionate lens. Everyone can benefit from having a safe and supportive space to tackle symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, life stressors, self-esteem issues, or any other mental health difficulties. I welcome an opportunity to speak with you about your therapy goals and to see if we are a good fit, so please reach out to me via email, or phone (texts are okay too)!
Colin Halko Counseling LLC
There’s a lot of things for you to worry about, but I hope therapy doesn’t have to be one of them. I want to offer a space where you can work through anxiety and worries in real time with a real person who listens, understands, and helps you sort through the noise. I’m not going to sit there and hand you advice you didn’t ask for. We’ll figure things out together. What’s behind the anxiety, how is it messing with your life, and what might actually help? The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling a little more in control, a little more like yourself. Life’s too short to feel stuck in your own head all the time. I want to help you get out into the world. To help you connect with people who actually make you feel good and to give you a chance to discover what is really important to you. With extensive experience working with people in their 20s and 30s, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to support you through whatever life throws your way. Feel free to give me a call or email to discuss a consultation/scheduling. Or visit my website to learn more about what I have to offer.

College was supposed to be a fresh start, but you’re realizing that leaving home didn’t mean leaving everything that happened there behind. The thought of Family Weekend coming up makes your stomach churn. Maybe you’re already dreading going home for the next break. The smell of alcohol sends memories from childhood rushing back. Or there’s tension with your roommate, and you can’t stop wondering what you did wrong. Then there are the nights when it’s 4 a.m. and you’re wide awake with anxiety, even though you have a test in the morning. You came to college wanting to move forward. But it’s hard to feel like you’re moving forward when things from your childhood keep pulling you back. I help adults across Pennsylvania and Delaware who are struggling with how childhood trauma is affecting them now, including complex trauma and PTSD related to childhood experiences. I use EMDR therapy, which can help you work through past experiences without having to talk about them in depth. Sessions are 75 minutes, which gives us more time to check in, focus on you, and ease back into your day. If this sounds like the kind of help you’re looking for, schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we might be a good fit.

I'm a therapist who is here for you, exactly how you are and where you are. Connecting with someone you can build trust with is the first step to building our therapeutic alliance. We all experience stress and challenges in life. These events, whether big or small, stay with us, often showing up in our thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and bodies. Carrying our burdens takes a toll. Recognizing these impacts in ourselves can be complex because our brains are doing the hard work of protecting us. I help adults manage daily stress, life transitions, self-doubt, career stress, relationships, and identity challenges. You're welcome to connect over a free 15-minute consultation before deciding to book. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in non-profit, hospital, school, and community behavioral health settings. I come to this work rooted in a deep commitment to social justice. I use a personalized, integrated approach to match you and your needs best. People typically leave the first session feeling heard, validated, and proud of themselves for investing in themself. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, following your pace. It's focused on helping you to give yourself the grace to build practical tools towards change.

Many of us wrestle to find hope in our lives, move forward, or just make it through the day. Depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and loss can take away motivation, causing struggle and suffering. This can change. Perhaps you're determining which life path to take or are dealing with the wounds of past trauma, abuse, or painful experiences. You don't have to carry this weight alone. I provide an unbiased, nonjudgmental space to explore what is hindering you and overcome obstacles in healthy, supportive ways.

"Why now?" is a question I often ask at the beginning of therapy. Some people come in the aftermath of a personal or relationship crisis, some seek relief for old pain, others simply feel certain that its time for a change. My work is well-suited for people experiencing anger, grief, compassion fatigue, trauma reactivity, anxiety, depression, patterns of conflict and concerns of purpose and identity. I'm not overwhelmed by strong feelings or complex struggles. Whatever reason you may have to begin therapy, we'll work together to find the heart of the matter and what might help. My process is insight-oriented and collaborative but I'll tell you what I think. Clients have appreciated my warmth, directness and cultural competency. Some have stayed with me for years or returned after long breaks. I've had success connecting with adolescents and people who feel ambivalent about therapy. I'm deeply curious about how each of my clients experiences the world and I'll be glad to meet you. Reach out, and we can see if we might work well together.

Whether you are seeking relief, understanding, or growth, it is my joy and privilege to guide you on the journey toward greater clarity, resilience, and peace. As a board certified psychiatrist, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and offer a blend of psychotherapy with the option of medication management when needed. My therapy approach is grounded in psychodynamic, existential, and mindfulness theories. During therapy, we empathically explore and observe meaningful themes, memories, and pivotal points in your life that shape(d) who you are today. My prescribing philosophy is minimalist, evidence based, and personalized. I believe in using medications thoughtfully, when it aligns with your values, and supports your healing. I also welcome medication skeptics and offer alternative approaches to treatment. I see patients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. Gina Rothermel - Relational Healing
I started my career as a social worker in Philadelphia working with adults living with HIV/AIDS. After finishing graduate school at Temple University and receiving my Master of Social Work degree, I began working with children in the foster care system. Much of my professional career has been working with non-traditional families formed through foster care and adoption. Many of my current clients are teens or adults who were adopted, individuals or couples who have chosen to adopt, or first parents (biological parents) who chose adoption for a child. I’ve always been drawn to, and count myself among, people who share the feeling of not quite fitting in. Through therapy I strive to help people find and celebrate what makes them unique and to find strength in their difference. My identity as a white, heterosexual, cisgender woman who is married and a stepparent plays a role in our work together. I’m also an animal loving vegan who grew up on a farm, loves to travel, and is trying to develop a green thumb. I share these things about myself so we can potentially explore how our social positions, life choices and interests impact our therapeutic relationship.
New Perspective Counseling
I believe that having an objective person listen to your story opens the door for validation, reflection, and change. I believe my job as a counselor is to listen, notice patterns, and help you reach the goals you set for yourself. I use an eclectic blend of modalities to center the people I work with in their own narratives, and help them move forward in ways that benefit them the most. I also have a lot of experience working with athletes, as I was a coach for 10 years before becoming a counselor. Please visit my website to see more about my coaching experience and work with athletes on performance and wellness. I enjoy being a generalized clinician, as I focus a lot on validation, control, and purpose in my practice. I find this can help each person, no matter what they are facing, to find a more positive path forward.
