Hi! I'm Dr. Jamie Wilson, a licensed psychologist, who has extensive experience working with college students. Life can be stressful and overwhelming. Therapy can be very beneficial to help you live your life in healthy and effective ways. Just a few examples of the benefits of therapy include: helping you to understand yourself better, developing skills to manage and tolerate stress and emotions more effectively, helping you be more compassionate with yourself, managing major life transitions, assisting you in processing losses of various kinds, working though coming out/transitioning, processing all sorts of relationship issues, building life skills and launching from home appropriately, etc.
Hi! My name is Natasha Backman, and I'm passionate about creating spaces where people can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions. Life can be challenging, and we all deserve a space to get curious about where we’ve been and where we’re going. I'm here to support you, whether you've engaged in counseling before or you need help understanding how this process works. I know that therapy can be a weird and wonderful space. It is our time for healing and growth, in which the only pretense is that we give space for the most authentic version of ourselves. I have experience working with clients who have goals related to processing trauma, exploring their gender and sexual identity, and recovering from drug and alcohol use. Identity impacts the ways in which we interact with mental health resources, and I welcome conversations about race, power, and privilege. Counseling can be a place for processing painful experiences and emotional work in pursuit of change. At the same time, it can be a space of connection through laughter and compassion. I launched my private practice because I believe in the restorative power of the counseling process. I look forward to hearing your story.

College-age young adults experience their own unique challenges. In a time of new independence and exploration, there can be a lot of pressure and expectations on young adults to have their lives “figured out”. You may experience difficulties adjusting to a new environment and the challenges that come with that, such as moving away from home, managing your college course load, making friends, etc. Young adulthood also brings about new responsibilities related to school, work/career, and finances, like maintaining your own schedule and paying bills. Many of the college students I work with are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, stress management, among other challenges. I provide young adult clients with the space to process and unpack their challenges, establish a trustworthy therapeutic relationship, and support them in building up their ability to cope with stress, understand their emotions, and meet their needs.
I specialize in working with adults of all genders who are struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns, low self-esteem, family of origin or attachment wounds, identity exploration, addiction, & more.

I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach integrates Faith-Based Counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—to promote lasting healing and growth. Together, we’ll explore your beliefs and challenges while building practical tools for emotional balance. I understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges, and I want you to know that you're not alone. Whether you're navigating stress, feeling stuck, or looking for guidance in a particular area of life, counseling can provide a safe and supportive space to work through these challenges
Hi, I am Dani Manetta, LCSW—a Marine Corps veteran, therapist, and mom. I work with teens (13+), adults, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, including co-parenting and blended family dynamics. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I offer structure when it’s needed and space when it’s time to process. Whether you’re a parent worried about your teen or an individual feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I’m here to help you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring a mix of evidence-based tools, real-life perspective, and a strong belief that growth happens when we feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re looking to process past pain, set boundaries, or just find your footing again, I’m here to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected. Whether you’re a teen, an adult, or a parent seeking support, the first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what’s been on your mind or weighing you down, and what you hope to change or better understand. I’ll ask questions to get a fuller picture of your life, relationships, and experiences—but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. I know the first session can feel a little awkward or nerve-wracking, especially if therapy is new. That’s okay. My job is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. We’ll move at your pace, explore what matters most to you, and begin to build a plan together. You won’t leave with all the answers, but you will leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and—hopefully—relief that you’ve taken the first step

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're carrying stress, uncertainty, or emotional pain. My goal working with clients is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel seen, understood, and valued just as you are. I work with clients who are navigating life, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, etc. I take a strengths-based, relational approach to therapy, meaning I focus not only on the difficulties you're facing, but also on the resilience, insight, and abilities you already bring into the room.
