Systemic Perspectives
Are you feeling overwhelmed by having too much to do and think about? There may be days when you ask yourself, "how can I handle all of this?" I would like to offer you some additional tools that you can use to address the problems that you can't stop thinking about. My goal is that you leave my virtual office feeling more like yourself again with more clarity and confidence in tackling life's challenges.
Kaite Olund
My name is Kaite (they/them), and I am a queer, neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist. I specialize in working with other queer and neurodiverse individuals to heal from trauma, manage depression and anxiety, and find ways to thrive in a world that was not designed with you in mind. I help by utilizing a variety of approaches in my practice, working with you to find strategies and techniques that align with your goals. I am trained in EMDR and CPT, but I also use DBT, MBCBT, ACT, IFS, somatic techniques, and artistic expression as modalities to help you reprocess and heal from trauma. In our first few sessions, you can expect a therapeutic space that is empowering, sensitive to your needs, and based on collaboration rather than looking at you as a problem to be fixed. My practice is unique because I approach healing from a holistic framework that takes all of your identities, experiences, and goals in mind rather than choosing a one size fits all approach. I am passionate about this work because I also know what it’s like to struggle after experiencing trauma, especially when trying to navigate complex medical systems where other providers do not look or experience the world like you do. I firmly stand with all marginalized groups and actively work within an antiracist, feminist, neurodiverse, and gender-affirming lens. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your continued journey towards mental wellbeing!
Michelle Johnson-Dupre
I enjoy working with seekers willing to engage in a journey to further self-discovery, and who have a practice (i.e. arts, spiritual, physical)--or seek to have a practice--that guides them.

The transition to undergraduate or graduate school can be a very vulnerable time, and many experience depression, anxiety, and anger along the way. It can be challenging to reach out for support and get connected, but it doesn’t have to be. I am honored to support and hold space for those struggling during these transitions. I have experience and interest in relationship issues, adjustment to life transitions, issues with family of origin, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and other mood concerns. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, sexual health, self-compassion, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I strive to use a non-judgmental, empathetic, and validating stance to help clients heal and grow, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. You didn’t end up here because you’re weak, you ended up here because carrying everything alone most likely became too heavy. I work with teens (15+), adults, and couples to break out of patterns around self-esteem, trauma, substance use, and relationships. Therapy with me is warm and honest and I aim to create a space where you feel safe and supported yet challenged to confront what keeps you stuck. I became a therapist because I’ve been on the other side of struggle and I know how powerful it can be to feel truly understood. In particular, I relate well with teens who are struggling with self-esteem, school struggles, and stress related to their future. Please reach out today if you are looking for someone who truly “gets it”.
