Dr Dan Cayem
As a licensed psychologist, I’m used to working collaboratively with patients to identify complex issues and set goals in a meaningful way. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach is built on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your concerns, whether you're managing anxiety, navigating parenting struggles, or dealing with fertility challenges. I also work with men who may feel uneasy about therapy, providing a safe space to identify coping skills and address issues such as communication difficulties or complex relationships. With a focus on enhancing communication skills and improving performance, I help my clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives by tackling the issues that may be holding them back. Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, improve relationships, improve professionally or simply get more out of life, I am here to guide you through the process with empathy, insight, and practical solutions. Together, we can create lasting change and work towards a brighter and more fulfilling life.
Denney Family Therapy
Hi, I’m Jennie Denney, AMFT — and I’m really glad you’re here! College can be overwhelming—especially when you’re carrying more than just school stress. If you’re dealing with self-harm, anxiety, identity questions, religious trauma, or just trying to hold it all together, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I specialize in working with teens and young adults who feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves or the people around them. My therapy style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I won’t sit back and nod—I’ll show up with you, offer tools, ask questions, and help you make sense of your story. In our work together, you can expect a space where nothing is “too much,” and where your experiences are taken seriously. Healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting curious, finding your voice, and learning how to care for yourself in new ways.

I see patients only virtually, but can see anyone whose residence is in California, or anyone who is out of the country (USA). My website has information about what I do.

Welcome! Looking to work with the right therapist can feel tough. We want to make sure we find the right fit and someone we can talk to. If you are a teen looking for that person, I think you'll find comfort and safety in working with me. I have been fortunate to work with those transitioning to college from high school and those pursuing a higher education degree for the past 4 years now. I understand the stressors and difficulty this life transition can pose. I understand what it can feel like to move through this world as a student and I want to provide the best space possible to chat about that. We can talk about emotions, relationships, identities, cultures, and anything else that feels important. Feel free to reach out by email or phone for a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
Reese Minshew
Hi there! My name is Reese Minshew, and I work almost entirely with transgender (broadly defined) adults who have had traumatic (broadly defined) experiences. I’m licensed in California, Illinois, and New York, and work via telehealth with people located in any of those states. Clinically, I believe that the reactions we have after experiencing trauma and stress are fundamentally adaptive to the trauma, but can disrupt everyday life. In other words, if you had a difficult experience (including chronic exposure to structural stressors such as anti-trans bias, white supremacy, ableism, etc), you might not be able to eat, sleep, focus, calm down, feel excited, or be in relationships in the way you want. Whatever reaction you’re having was very helpful to you at one time, but if it’s no longer serving you then we can work on that. Most of the time we would do this by talking about what’s going on in your life right now, and working to understand it in the context of your past experiences.

Hi! I’m Lisa. I am a holistic psychotherapist. I am passionate about supporting others in their journey by creating a warm and non-judgmental space for self-discovery and healing. As your therapist, I will hold a space of unconditional positive regard based on my personal belief that each person has unlimited potentiality for change, healing and transformation. Just like a lotus blossoms in muddy waters, our current dissatisfactions, conflicts and pain can led us to deeper happiness and health. My approach is humanistic, holistic and heart-centered. The interventions I will invite you to participate in are mindfulness techniques (meditation, breath work ), somatic work (noticing sensations in your body, movement, yoga), expressive arts (art therapy, poetry, journaling , writing), experiential (role plays, chair work, guided imagery) and cognitive behavioral therapy. As your therapist, I will extend invitations to use these tools and modalities and will work with to find approaches that fit your current needs. I am a deep heart healer. Clients come to me to support in clearing and transforming the parts of them which are deeply wounded. I work with clients from an intuitive and trauma-informed perspective. My work extends beyond the mental and emotional into the energetic and spiritual realms. I believe we all carry trauma whether it is collective, individual, or ancestral. I connect with clients throughout the lifespan. Words are one source of healing, but healing can also occur without words. Through creativity, play, and energy psychology techniques, we can shift and heal. We can experience deep healing as a child, adolescent, and adult. Whatever you are holding, you do not need to hold it alone. Your whole self is welcome. Nature is my greatest teacher. I often find answers that inspire and guide the way I work and live in nature. Working with me, opens you to rest in your own truth, move through deep healing, and return to connection – internally and beyond. I would be grateful to walk with you during this part of your journey.

With more than thirty-two years of therapy experience, I provide an environment of trust and competency. In addition to my counseling practice, I've taught anger management/domestic violence groups for twelve years. These principles are used with individuals and couples as well. I've also taught online graduate classes for nine years. I do mentoring as well as life coaching, assisting clients with life-direction, healthy choices, and personal accountability. I work best with clients who are seeking to improve their life and are committed to positive change.

For every challenge there is an opportunity. From the perspective of psychology, this means that the challenges we face can be gateways into a new understanding of ourselves; they are part and parcel of our development as human beings. I would be happy to support you in your development. I work collaboratively with my clients by helping them set realistic goals for our work together and use a variety of engaging or creative methods to support them in developing greater insight into themselves.
