ADHD. Anxiety. Performance Anxiety. Depression. Low Energy. This is what I do best! My mission is to create a safe, confidential space for those seeking clarity, focus, and optimal mental health. (medication management). My communication style is direct, honest, and authentic with some humor thrown in. I offer primarily video psychiatry visits in CO, FL, NY, AZ, OR, VA and WA. Limited in-person visits in Portland and Colorado Springs. Tele-psychiatry- ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Stress for students (age 18+). I offer treatment for students with ADHD if testing already done. I have found that traditional medicine does not always consider the root cause of symptoms, and I use evidence to understanding how inflammation, nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, hormones and stress impact physical and mental health. I prescribe both medications and nutraceuticals as needed to help you achieve your best health. The next step? Please fill out an Interest Form at the bottom of the home page at www.clarityhealthnow.com. Let's make sure it is the right fit! Please note: I do not currently see anyone with persistent severe mental health diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar 1, psychosis, recent hospitalization or severe depression with active suicidality. These conditions are best suited to local, in-person care. As a rule, we do not treat women during pregnancy or anyone with substance use disorder (including alcohol use disorder) or offer evaluations for court or legal proceedings.

Let’s be real — the state of the world right now is heavy. As if maintaining good mental health weren’t hard enough already, right? I’m here to support with those hard day-to-day challenges, and to help you understand and shift how your past shapes the way you move through the world today. You have a story worth telling, and I want to hear it. My role is to walk beside you — offering perspective, practical tools, and space to heal. I specialize in working with trauma, grief, and anxiety, always guided by mindfulness, compassion, and a holistic perspective on healing. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Internal family systems (IFS or inner child work), Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a creative approach, weaving together tools from each of these modalities to shape a process that truly fits your needs. For more detail on each, check out the image above. Therapy should feel like a space where you’re truly supported. For some, that means sitting on a cozy couch in an office. For others, it might mean walking through a nearby park or connecting virtually from the comfort of home. You know what feels right for you — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that path.

Satie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Her specialties include trauma, depression, grief and loss, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and development of self-awareness and self-connection. She takes a whole-person and compassion-rooted approach and often combines relational, body-based, emotion-focused, and mindfulness elements in working with clients. Satie approaches therapy as a collaborative relationship in which the process is tailored specifically to what each person needs over time. She believes that not everyone needs the same things from therapy, so it needs to adjust to each person. Therapy with her is relational and grounded and her therapeutic style is described as collaborative, empathetically challenging, and non-judgmental. Satie strives to make room in therapy for calm, humor, and joy in the process as well. Her ideal clients are individuals who understand that healing often requires change. With that in mind, she works to support clients in identifying and exploring personal response patterns, making meaning, gaining insight into emotions, shifting beliefs about self, and learning to better regulate or cope. Her hope is for individuals to connect with their needs and experience meaningful changes or insights in therapy that help them to feel more empowered, build a strong personal foundation of understanding, and reconnect with parts of themselves or experiences they've felt disconnected from. Whether you're needing a supportive place in your life to process stress and transition or wanting to explore deeper concerns, She will provide a calm, open space for you to do that.

Something doesn't feel right. Maybe you are experiencing a heaviness that you haven't known before. Perhaps your relationship with your body, your work, or others is consuming your time and energy. Maybe you are grappling with a significant loss that has shaken your sense of the world. No matter what you bring in, you are multifaceted and deserve to explore and process your own experience. Understanding the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you can make way for profound and lasting change. Relief often arrives when we find we have learned to interpret the world from this new vantage, as does self-compassion. I believe that mental health is a product of the whole self, extending beyond just mind and body but to the creative, intuitive, and spiritual aspects of our being. Working from a psychodynamic lens, we will explore the present with particular attention paid to how our histories, relationships, and unconscious wishes and fears shape our world. I believe each person carries their own complex and dynamic history. Unearthing that story together through the counseling relationship can heal, transform, and provide the freedom to live a more conscious and fulfilling life. I am so glad you are here. It would be an honor to walk with you on this journey. I would be happy to explore working together.

We all face challenges, stressors, traumas, losses, and changes in life. Especially as women. Especially now. We are supposed to have it all, do it all, be it all. For everyone. All the time. Like yesterday. At Discover Peace Within, we recognize that as a human being, you have access to a reservoir of strength, resiliency, and peace within you. Yet, right now, you feel so far away from that sense of peace. Your childhood trauma keeps repeating itself in your relationships. Your low self-esteem makes you say “yes” when you mean “no.” You’re constantly worried if you belong. You lay awake at night wondering if you said the right thing? Did the right thing? You’re fearful of being “too much” while also feeling “not enough.” Life is happening so fast - you feel that you can’t keep up. You want to feel closer to yourself. Your true self. Not the self that you present to the world. Or to your boss and co-workers. Or even friends or family. You know what living in your true self feels like. You’ve had glimpses of it before. When your body-mind-spirit all clicked into place. You know she’s still there. She’s underneath all of the trauma from childhood. Or the messages from others about what you SHOULD be. What society makes you believe you HAVE to do. You’re blocked from making choices that YOU want to make. You’re held back from going for that job, putting yourself out there with friends, or resting when you need to. You struggle seeing the good in you. And yet, there is a voice within you, reminding you of your true self. Therapy can be a helpful place to get back to you. To get back to your true self. Working with a therapist at Discover Peace Within can offer you a sacred space - a time dedicated solely to you and your needs. A time for you to heal. Take a chance on you to discover peace within and book an appointment now.

Finding Acceptance, Moving Towards Change Book a Free Consultation Are you struggling with aligning your life activities with your values and goals? Do you find yourself feeling stuck in unfulfilling relationships? It’s vital to acknowledge and face your current situation and the feelings you have about it in order to make change happen, and psychotherapy provides space for this. We'll begin by talking about your goals for therapy, and we'll collaborate on a plan for our work together. You can expect to develop more perspective and self-compassion, find a new capacity to navigate difficult feelings, and uncover and work towards freedom from habitual thought patterns. I am curious by nature, and I’d love to help you explore your particular individuality and its connection with your life history and desires. Through our work together, you’ll gain new insight and appreciation for who you are as you grow in expressing previously unspoken parts of yourself. I’ll ask a lot of questions in our conversations, but also hold space for you to discover your own thoughts and speak them. It can be difficult to begin a journey of self-discovery. But with the right support, the work finds its rhythm, and improvements can come surprisingly quickly. Please contact me for a free telephone consultation, and we can discuss where we might start our work together.

I often work with students who are dealing with anxiety, school stress, family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations. You might feel like you’re trying to keep everything together while struggling on the inside. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop skills that help you feel more grounded in yourself and supported in life. I also encourage parent coaching sessions to help caregivers learn tools to better support their child’s emotional growth.

College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely - especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are and where you fit. Many of the students I work with feel pressure to have it all together while quietly struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Maybe you’re navigating identity, managing ADHD, feeling the weight of family expectations, or just trying to find your place in all the change. I work best with students who are curious about themselves and want a space where they can be real, reflect, and feel supported. Therapy with me is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming, and my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected - both in your relationships and in your own skin. In my office, you’ll find tea, cozy blankets, and art supplies - whatever helps you settle in and feel like you can just be. My therapy dog, Stevie, can also join for sessions as a comforting buddy or for intentional animal-assisted interventions. You can email/call/text to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. It’s completely normal, and encouraged, to explore a few therapists before finding the right one. This call is simply a chance for us both to see if we click. No pressure, just support!

Hi, I am Robbie, a holistic wilderness therapist here to guide you on your personal therapeutic journey. I started rituals as an expression of the sacred process involved in healing. Each step you take towards becoming your best self is something to be honored. Life can be extremely challenging but if we have rituals and assistance along the way, the journey seems more inviting and more alive. Let's face it, we are constantly changing just like nature changes from season to season. If we become more aware of our changes and give them the space for expression, I feel we transition in a way that feels fluid and organic. Working with a therapist takes a lot of courage, I imagine things haven't been easy for you. Maybe it's a big life transition, anxiety that prevents you from taking action, a breakup/divorce, or you're ready for a new career. Having guidance and support can go such a long way in helping you to get to your destination of what you want most for yourself in life. By working with me at Rituals you will begin building a deeper connection with yourself and life all around you. I am here to support you and believe you have all that you need within. May this journey together help you remember your truth and bring you the nourishment to keep growing.

I believe our emotional reactions are rarely random. When stress flares or we feel stuck, it often activates deeper attachment wounds, unmet needs, or patterns shaped by our relationships and systems. In the here & now, I help clients slow down, notice thoughts, emotions, & bodily sensations, exploring what’s truly holding them back. I approach therapy through a systemic, attachment-informed lens, integrating mindfulness & presence to foster self-awareness, self-compassion, & more intentional, authentic ways of relating to yourself & others.

My name is Ryan Welborn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a degree from Naropa University. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with emotional challenges, trauma, and difficulty in navigating personal growth. I help by utilizing an integrative approach that blends Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) with psychodynamic, transpersonal, and mindfulness-based techniques. My goal is to support you in facing and transforming the challenges that arise in your life, guiding you through a process of deep healing and self-discovery. In our first few sessions, you can expect a supportive space where we will begin exploring the deeper layers of your inner world. Together, we will uncover and work through what holds you back, cultivating resilience and creating lasting change. My practice is unique because I view therapy as a transformative journey, yet ultimately leading to a more authentic and fulfilling life. I am passionate about this work because I believe in the power of facing challenges head-on and emerging stronger. Helping others navigate their own transformation is incredibly meaningful to me.
