Hi! My name is Stacie and I created Hope Connected Counseling & Consulting, P.L.L.C., founded on the philosophy of healing through hope and connection. Students who are a good fit for my practice are those in NH or MA looking for specific tools and strategies to move beyond what might be causing you to feel stuck, stressed, or challenged. I believe the work happens inside and outside of therapy sessions, and I can appreciate that everyone's timeline is different. I aim to get to know my clients not just for what brings them to therapy, but as a whole person, with unique strengths and talents that will likely aid in the achievement of individualized goals. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation if you'd like to explore whether I'd be a good fit for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there! I am a CBT trained therapist with extensive experience in effective treatment strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to determine what is working well for them and what may need to be adjusted to live a life of emotional well-being and relational satisfaction. If you are unsure of your goal, I will be there to help identify your goals. I believe in the power of therapy to help people heal and grow. I have a special place in my heart to work with individuals who experienced trauma in their life. I truly find it rewarding to be invited in the journey to process the traumatic experiences and to create the meaning. After experiencing multiple parts of the world and meeting with people from diverse backgrounds, I have naturally developed cultural sensitivity. It truly helps me stay open-minded and nonjudgmental. With my concentrated CBT training and a touch of mindfulness, you will learn to pursue a balanced lifestyle and happiness with a healthy life perspective. Please feel free to explore my website to learn more about me and the services I provide. I pride myself in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship while working towards goals that are important to you! Finding the right therapist matters, and starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered. My goal is for therapy to be both practical and reflective—a place for insight, growth, and genuine change. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, increased stress, and life transitions. I work with individuals at different stages of life, including adults, adolescents, and children, and I also support parents as they navigate their own challenges and transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT. I believe therapy should move at a pace that honors where you are and what you’re ready for. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and work toward changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable. My background: I earned my doctorate degree (PsyD) in Combined School and Clinical Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. My professional experiences include work in community mental health, college counseling, and private practice settings, where I’ve provided evidence-based treatment to individuals across the lifespan. I also have experience supervising PhD/PsyD students and post-doctoral fellows.

You're studying nursing because you want to make a difference in the world. But it doesn't feel like you thought it would. You are faced with challenges in clinical that were never talked about in the classroom. By the end of the day, you're numb and exhausted. You spend your nights looking up how to transfer to a different major. You are spending your weekends watching the same show on repeat and wondering if this is really the college experience everyone talks about. Therapy designed specifically for nursing students focuses on creating a restorative space where you can finally slow down and process the emotions you push aside to make it through the day. We will talk about how to maintain self-care and balance while you study one of the hardest majors and learn the coping tools and boundaries needed to support ongoing success in your profession. Visit my website www.partnersinchangetherapy.com to learn more about how we can work together.
Hey Hey Hey! I’m Lenora Benson (She/Her/Hers), LICSW and I support black and ethnic minority women, in navigating the challenges and expectations imposed on them by the fallacy of the strong black women. I support all women in navigating the social expectations, stressors, and demands of being woman, as they intersect in all areas of racism, sexism, and patriarchism. I believe in the transformative power of therapy, because it has transformed me personally. As your therapist, I provide a safe, supportive, and judgement free space for you to explore your emotions, heal from past wounds, and journey from darkness to the light. My goals are to help those struggling with low self-esteem, people pleasing tendencies, and high-achieving perfectionism, dismantle the beliefs that keeps them stuck in patterns of behavior that leave them feeling like imposters; never good enough, never smart enough. Working with me will allow you to begin to make decisions for yourself that leave you feeling loved, worthy, and empowered.
I am a master’s-level clinician supporting adults across the lifespan navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-criticism, and relationship concerns. I work with adults who often feel stuck, uncertain, or challenged by life circumstances, guiding them to explore their experiences, recognize patterns, and move towards a more meaningful and authentic life. My work is grounded in mindfulness, values, and identity. I primarily draw from ACT and existential therapy and integrate elements of EFT, narrative and psychodynamic therapy, and positive psychology. We examine patterns with curiosity and compassion, while developing practical skills and strategies to better navigate thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where therapy is centered on your experiences and what matters most to you. Together, we explore new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and experiment with approaches that help you navigate challenges with curiosity, intention, and a greater sense of purpose.

My clients are motivated towards long term change. Many are seeking relief from painful experiences. Most recognize a need to regain control. And, almost all do not know how to achieve on their own what they are acknowledging they need. They are tired of going through the motions of life and wish to experience it fully, again. Some come with deep hurt from various relationships that they need support in resolving. And all simply want to live authentically. My goal is to provide the type of therapeutic environment that clients feel safe to be vulnerable and present with their feelings. I offer a strength based, person centered approach, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, or Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Choosing a therapist is not easy and the task can feel overwhelming at a time in your life that is already stressful. Therefore, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with me. This will afford an opportunity to hear my voice and briefly discuss your reason for therapy.
You’re used to handling things. You’ve figured out how to succeed, meet deadlines, and show up for others — but lately it feels harder. Maybe anxiety is louder, your mood dips more often, or relationships feel strained. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Therapy can help you build steadiness, clarity, and more intentional choices in the middle of a demanding season. At Mind Field Therapy, I work with college students navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the impact of difficult life events or past trauma. I’ll absolutely ask how you’re feeling — and we’ll go deeper than that. I’m direct, grounded, and occasionally use humor when it helps us loosen anxiety’s grip. The goal isn’t endless venting; it’s understanding what’s driving the patterns and building tools you can actually use.
College is a challenge, on its own, in many ways. It can cause significant stress as well as trigger new or exacerbate existing mental health symptoms. Having space to work through the stress or symptoms you are experiencing can be incredibly beneficial (e.g. reduced stress, increased happiness, decrease in symptoms and/or severity, etc.), which can contribute to greater success and a greater overall experience during these years. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential therapy space that respects all identities and backgrounds where people can feel free to be their most authentic selves. I strive for people to feel comfortable in letting go of filters that tend to restrict them in honest disclosure and deep processing of their experiences. Thank you for taking the time to read about the practice and considering Sage Serenity Counseling. Please reach out if you have questions or would like to get started. I am ready to support you whenever you are ready!
