The journey looks different for everyone and, with that in mind, I tailor my work to include a variety of modalities. I integrate mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches into sessions, incorporating the whole self as a means to heal. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and other feeding concerns. I practice from a weight inclusive and non-diet lens and I love instilling confidence and knowledge in clients as they strive towards peace with food and body. I truly believe everyone is capable of cultivating an enjoyable and intuitive relationship with food given the right tools and support.

I specialize in working with young adults who have gone through recent or past trauma(s) or who struggle with long term depression or anxiety. I want to teach you the skills that you need to be your own therapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence based practice, that helps you learn the skills to become your own therapist. CBT is a collaborative approach that empowers you to be in the driver's seat of your treatment. Through my experience and research, CBT has show to be beneficial for those who struggle with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. It is important to me to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic place where you can share your thoughts and feelings.
