What makes Self Reflections Therapy unique is the ability to help you better address your trauma. I currently specialize and I am certified in Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model. This is an evidence based model that focuses on healing from trauma. I can help with both therapy and emotional support through ongoing cases. Services are also person centered! I have worked with clientele from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages in spectrums such as domestic violence victims/survivors, sexual assault, homicide, substance abuse, and integrating those who have been incarcerated back into the community for over 6 years. My goal is to deliver evidence-based treatments for the disorders in which I specialize in a collaborative and empathetic way. I'm a graduate of the Advanced Behavior Treatment Training Institute of the IOCDF, trained in ERP and ACT as well as standard CBT. I offer COMB/HRT for trichotillomania and excoriation, and CBIT for Tourette disorder. I'm a certified ADHD professional. I enjoy helping students learn to manage their executive functioning challenges and anxiety, depression, and OCD and related disorders, so they can succeed academically and enjoy the rich opportunities of college life.

Lief, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, body image, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, and substance use. Jessica completed psychoanalytic training through the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and Psychology in the Eating Disorders, Compulsions, and Addictions (EDCAS) Program. She also completed the advanced clinical supervision training program through Smith College School for Social Work. Hi! I'm Kade- a queer, nonbinary therapist that got bored of doing traditional therapy. Now, I work with clients in the outdoors (think: walk and talk therapy, or hanging out by a creek, or making nature art) or offer to bring in art and nature into our office or virtual sessions. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients as well as those figuring out life after leaving or reconsidering religion. Many of my other clients are navigating life changes that feel chaotic or are just trying to give therapy "another shot". My ultimate goal for my clients is for them to get the support they're needing.
