Specializing in metabolic and nutritional healing, Dr. Deister is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist offering personalized psychiatric care over tele-health. She enjoys working with college students to help them get back on track with their lives and their studies; her flexible schedule can work with even the most difficult class schedule. She spends time to get to know her clients and looks for sustainable solutions to their problems. In addition to standard psychiatric treatment with medications & therapy, she offers lab testing for nutritional diagnosis and management with the Walsh Research Institute protocols, and dietary management using a variety of approaches such as low-carb, low-oxalate, ketogenic, and carnivore diets.

Dr. Brieger is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist based in Boston, MA. She is passionate about getting to know her patients’ unique backgrounds and working together to develop plans that are both evidence-based and practical. Her clinical interests include adolescents, young adults, and women’s mental health, as well as mood, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Dr. Brieger offers medication management, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and combined medication management and therapy. She received her MD and PhD from the University of Michigan Medical School and School of Public Health before completing residency training in Adult Psychiatry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School. Currently, she is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital.
