I am certified in EMDR, which helps clients process and move past the emotional and physical pain rooted in traumatic memories. I also employ approaches from IFS, DBT and ACT. I am trained in mindfulness and self compassion based approaches and incorporate this into therapy.

My counseling approach is eclectic in nature, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy while also utilizing a personality typing system called the Enneagram.
