I offer compassionate therapy for anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and trauma. I create a safe and affirming space for individuals and couples from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community. As a multicultural individual who has lived in several countries, I understand the profound impact of living and working outside one's own culture, often without the familiar support of family and friends. The pursuit of a successful career can demand significant sacrifices, and I recognize the losses that often accompany the gains. Living far from home, navigating a new culture, and missing your loved ones can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed. It affects your well-being and relationships. If you're seeking a path towards healing and growth, I'm here to support you. Let's connect – schedule a free 15-minute consultation today.

Life often asks women to hold so much—caring for others, navigating relationships, balancing responsibilities, and carrying silent struggles that can feel overwhelming. If you’ve been moving through an eating disorder, body image concerns, grief, trauma, fertility challenges, or simply the load of expectations, you deserve a place that feels safe, affirming, and collaborative. In our work together, you’ll find space to be fully seen and supported, with compassion guiding every step as you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and your true self. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where honesty, care, and curiosity guide our work. Rather than quick fixes, I help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost. Together, we’ll build safety and trust while using evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting healing. Here, every part of you is welcome—your questions, your grief, your dreams, and your story. This is a place to release what you’ve been carrying, to feel deeply supported, and to rediscover your resilience. I'll honor your process, creating space for healing, growth, and a return to you, but an updated you that feels in alignment with where you see yourself.
I have over five years experience working with college students. I understand what it is like to be in a new place, trying to find yourself and do well in school. Are you feeling stressed, anxious, depressed? Are you a perfectionist? I can help. Reach out to see if we are a good fit.
It's essential to understand that with us, you are not alone. We can offer the necessary resources to support you during difficult times. Life events such as relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences, the passing of a loved one, or a major transition can be overwhelming, but we can assist you in finding stability and regaining control over your life.
Dr. Rademan starts treatment with a thorough and detailed inventory of life experiences that could be contributing to current concerns. She also explores body pain and chronic health concerns as those can be impacted by trauma and emotional wounding. Just like with physical health, mental health can be impacted by earlier 'injuries' that flare up later in life. Many people have been in and out of therapy throughout their life and haven't found sustained relief due to not healing the root issue or concern. At the foundation of treatment, Dr. Rademan utilizes a trauma and cognitive focused framework. Trauma is not only major violence or death, but can also be a loss of a relationship, not getting your needs met when you were a child, or ongoing major stressors. Trauma can be described as anything that significantly changed the way you view yourself or the world.
Courage isn’t about having no fear—it’s about feeling it and walking straight toward it. And let’s be honest, some days courage is just answering the phone, replying to that text, or—YIKES—opening the front door. Maybe you’ve mastered looking “fine” on the outside, while on the inside you’re desperately hoping no one gets close enough to see the real you. I get it. We all want life to be easy, but counseling? Yeah, it’s not always easy. It’s work. It’s showing up. It’s sticking with it when it feels uncomfortable. If you’re still reading this, I’m guessing something in your life feels heavy and you wish it could just magically change. I can’t promise magic—but I can promise to walk beside you every step of the way, helping you find your footing and your balance again.
Do you often find yourself getting angrier than you think you should? Do you frequently feel sadness, stress, or worry you can’t explain? Have you found yourself feeling like more of a roommate instead of a couple with your spouse? Is poor communication having a negative impact on your relationships? These are challenges we often face in life. I can help you see the triggers of anger, anxiety, and depression with a different perspective with CBT and REBT. Using Gottman Method Couples Therapy I can help you get your relationship back on track. I enjoy helping people understand what they are going through and facilitating the change you want to see in yourself. I will assist you in identifying irrational beliefs that keep you tied down with stress, anxiety, and worry and guide you in altering these beliefs and overcome psychological and mental distress. I strive to provide a safe, judge free space to help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and help you set and achieve your goals. It is my desire to assist you in what could be a life changing experience. Call me to schedule an appointment and together we can work together to help you be the happy person you are meant to be.
I attempt to gather information in an easy manner, not "drilling" questions so people can feel comfortable sharing. I inquire whether previous counseling has been attempted to understand prior experiences with therapy and how it was helpful or not. I am a hopeful, positive person and try to help others find their strengths, positivity and hope within them as well. I will ask what goals a client has for themselves for therapy and life so we can focus on achieving those goals. As an experienced therapist, I recognize that people have had difficulty in their lives and do not diminish their story or not discuss the "hard parts" while we try to find ways to heal.

You can do hard things, but you're tired, or wondering if things have to be this hard. You take care of yourself, but you still feel lonely or worried. People on the outside might say you're crushing it, but on the inside, sometimes you feel you're being crushed. You have big questions for which there may be no answers. I live in the same world you do, with its profound beauty and heartbreaking flaws. I strive to connect with my clients authentically, and sit with them as we contemplate difficult questions. If you are looking for a warm and collaborative space to process your emotions and maybe get some podcast recommendations along the way, we might be a good fit. Oh, and if the phrase “Highly Sensitive Person” means something to you (or feels like it should), I’ve got you. My clinical expertise is with the young adult population, having spent a decade working in institutions of higher education. My private practice clients are typically in the 18-40ish age range. At this time, my practice is fully online via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing. Please note, this modality is not suitable for everyone.

The Sanctuary Care & Counseling Center is a counseling practice that aims to facilitate wellness through the integration of spirituality and mental health. This is done through ensuring that clients feel safe, supported, and are persistently reminded to extend themselves grace and self-compassion. In the Sanctuary clients are provided a safe space to discuss the complexities of "adulting", process their trauma, navigate grief, adjust to change and transitions, be vulnerable about their fears and insecurities, and express uncertainty and ambivalence about their faith stories. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to have it -" all together". We invite you to The Sanctuary, where we will partner with you as you strive to figure it out.

Hi, I'm an LPC-Associate at Alive Austin. I work well with college students experiencing stressors and stages commonly faced during this period: life transitions, depression, anxiety, relational concerns, family conflict, or unprocessed childhood trauma. Many of my clients may struggle with boundaries, people pleasing, and navigating their new roles and responsibilities living on their own for the first time. Many people I see have also put off working though painful or significant experiences from their past that are still impacting them presently. I aim to help you build self-awareness, discard what is no longer serving you, and start finding fulfillment in life. I am currently unable to accept insurance as an LPC-Associate in Texas. I try to accommodate to students' needs by offering sliding scales. I also offer free consultations so there is not initial cost until you feel we're a good fit.
