As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide compassionate, individualized care to those navigating life’s mental health challenges. My holistic approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to address each person’s emotional, physical, and cultural needs. I am fluent in English and Shona, allowing me to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure open, effective communication throughout the therapeutic process. Working with me means entering a supportive partnership built on trust and respect. I create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can share your story, explore your emotions, and set meaningful goals. Together, we design a personalized treatment plan aligned with your values, strengths, and aspirations for lasting mental well-being. Our work begins with a thorough assessment to understand your history, current challenges, and resilience factors. Using this insight, I combine therapy, medication management, and other supportive resources to promote balance and healing. Your progress is continuously evaluated to ensure that care evolves with your changing needs.

Hello! I am an LMFT in Texas and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we explore your experiences and build tools for healing. Clients describe me as a calm presence who can sit with the intensity of their feelings without pulling away. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that shaped you, untangle what’s no longer serving you, and build tools that help you cope, heal, and move toward the life you want. I would love to help you navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and neurodivergence. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected you’re in the right place. I am a narrative therapist who believes healing happens when your story is heard with care and without judgment. I aim to understand how you’ve adapted to hardship and help gently unblend anxious, depressed, angry, or hurt parts from your core self. I also offer EMDR to support those facing trauma, stress, or grief. I believe therapy is a place where joy can be recovered, hope can be rebuilt, and your story is honored. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about walking with people through hard seasons and helping push back the darkness in the world.

Welcome to my practice! As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 9 years of experience in mental health, I am dedicated to supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals across all age groups. I especially enjoy working with college-age adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges of young adulthood, from managing stress and anxiety to fostering resilience and personal growth. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on empowering my patients to thrive in all areas of life.
I’m an LPC with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and 2 years of clinical experience in both nonprofit and private practice settings. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change on their own, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure how to move forward in relationships or in life. My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from CBT, DBT, humanistic, gestalt, existential, and narrative therapy. I believe in unconditional positive regard, autonomy, and transparency—clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to help guide and support meaningful, lasting change in a way that fits who they are. In our first session, we complete a biopsychosocial assessment, talk through your goals, and make space for any questions you have about therapy. From there, we collaborate on a plan that feels comfortable and supportive, gradually exploring your history and patterns while building toward practical, forward-focused growth.
Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
