I’m an LPC with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and 2 years of clinical experience in both nonprofit and private practice settings. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change on their own, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure how to move forward in relationships or in life. My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from CBT, DBT, humanistic, gestalt, existential, and narrative therapy. I believe in unconditional positive regard, autonomy, and transparency—clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to help guide and support meaningful, lasting change in a way that fits who they are. In our first session, we complete a biopsychosocial assessment, talk through your goals, and make space for any questions you have about therapy. Hello! My name Dr. Bryce Kamron Davis, Ph.D., I am a postdoctoral resident in Psychology. I’m deeply passionate about helping people navigate their mental health journey and move in a direction that supports their goals! When working with me you can expect someone who is laid back, engaged, and authentic. During our sessions we will explore connections, patterns, and experiences that have guided you to therapy, while also gaining skills, a deeper connection to self, and healing. I have the most experience with treating depression, anxiety, daily stress, academic stress, burnout, relational difficulties (friends, families, partners), social isolation, ADHD, identity exploration, and identify based stress and trauma (e.g. racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.). I have the most experience working with individuals who are LGBTQ+, People of Color, and/or neurodivergent. I also provide psychological evaluations for learning disorders, ADHD, and readiness for gender affirming medical interventions.
