Hi, I am a Licensed Social Worker. I offer years of experience working with people 16-90 years of age. I strive to learn and grow in order to be the most help for the people who come to me for services. My desire to gain knowledge has led me to studying narrative therapy, which pulls from people's desired way of being in the world in order to create movement. I have also studied problems around alcohol, drugs and sexuality. This interest has led me to be certified as a sex therapist as well as certified addiction specialist. I have offered sex therapy for the past seven years, and substance use therapy for over twenty years.

Hi I'm Gaby. If you have been feeling sick and stuck in a negative thought process and wondering if there is anyone who can understand or help you, let's talk. I am here to help you experience change and escape from the pattern of life that has left you feeling different, unwell, and stuck. I am first and foremost a Trauma Informed Recovery Therapist. This means that I believe in you and I believe in your goals and I know we can find a way to get there while acknowledging all that you have been through. Hey! I am so glad you are here! My name is Katie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my Bachelor's degree in Communications from Hope College and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone University. I am passionate about working with college students and young adults (and adults of all ages and walks of life!). Whether you are feeling stuck deciding on what is next, what path to choose for your career or life, or just need a listening ear, I am here to create a space where you can show up as you are and leave feeling encouraged and heard. College and those post years are really tough, and full disclosure where some of the most messy and challenging years of my life. Therapy was so important to me during that time, and I hope to offer you the support you deserve to navigate your experience. When we meet, you can expect a very personable experience focused on you and your goals, some humor and references to various shows/songs/movies or the latest trend I am trying to understand to help remind you that you are not alone, and a space where nothing is ever too much, you will never be judged, and you can truly be authentically yourself.
Hi! My name is Tori, I’m an experienced therapist with a background in clinical/medical social work. I'm so proud of you for taking the next step to healing. When it comes to mental health- it's not linear, I get it. Let's start with where you're at, and develop a treatment plan that works for you. Whether you're coming to process, grieve, learn to control your thoughts, struggling with life changes, or want to work on feeling more confident, I am here for you. If finding clarity in your socio-emotional needs and gaining long-term skills sounds desirable to you, let’s connect! My primary training is within Dialectical Behavior therapy which covers the modules of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, I am experienced with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and work with patient's on thought diffusion. I believe every individual requires individualized care. I like to think about the space I provide as a "third place" a virtual realm of healing, understanding, and compassion. Come as you are, and leave feeling more equipped to handle life as it presents itself.

Our experiences shape how we think, feel, and participate in the world. From individual personality, to family of origin, to cultural context, the interaction of internal and external can result in feelings of depression or anxiety, difficulty in relationships, or confusion about identity. Sometimes all that’s needed is short-term help that focuses on developing better coping skills, and other times deep, long-term, insight-oriented work is necessary to disentangle complex lifelong difficulties. I focus on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship, which sets the foundation to process painful experiences and celebrate meaningful change. By exploring the richness of your internal world and your interpersonal experiences, we will gain insight into the underlying forces that influence the way you think, feel, and behave. I will collaborate with you to manage overwhelming feelings, integrate traumatic experiences, and help identify and remove the obstacles that block your natural ability to grow. With new clarity, you'll be able to break unhelpful patterns, heal from psychological wounds, and move forward in your life with mindful intentionality.

Hello all, my name is Andrea Dillon. I work with students with transition issues, stress management, depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. When working with my students, I often focus on building skills based on what you have already built, and help you practice tuning into yourself while learning new coping skills. In my sessions I often find myself laughing with my students as a way to touch on topics and finding the joy/humor in life.
